I can really feel the benefits of the Power Plate machine, especially for stretching. Usually I feel stiff after a race, and can have trouble getting out of the car but this helps me feel looser and more flexible. Actually, I'm impressed.  Not a lot of home exercise machines will accommodate me, but the power plate will!

You sure it's a fitness machine Wizzo, looks more like a portable poo accelerator to me from the second picture.  

I know the drivers make a big thing of having to visit the Loo/head before each race but I never knew they had eletronic help.
