The police in Northern Ireland actually made an announcement on TV during the December cold snap, warning drivers that they would be stopped, fined and receive points if seen with snow on their cars. Quite rightly too, I seen folk with 6+ inches of snow on the roof of their cars, accident waiting to happen.

There's a long straight back road on the way to our local highway, and I love getting it up to 120kph or so blasting the roof clean after a snowstorm.  Of course I do check my mirrors first and make sure there's nobody anywhere near me.  Plus the kids love it.  :D

That said, the driver of that truck was a moron.  :fool: :fool:
