Drivers are being told that they should do some exercise while behind the wheel, or risk having a crash.
A recent report, carried out by the RAC Foundation, found that overweight motorists are more likely to have an accident than smaller drivers.
The RAC called upon people to detox in order to save themselves, and now an exercise regime has been drawn up for them.
Put together by car insurance provider Diamond, the list of exercises could save lives.
Drivers are being urged to begin by correcting their posture by sitting up straight, while neck exercises can also be carried out while on the go.
Clenching of the buttocks is also recommended, while wrists can be exercised through tightly gripping the steering wheel for short periods of time.
Many of these exercises, particularly the neck one, may sound quite dangerous to do while driving, but Diamond says they should only be done when the car isn't moving.
"These exercises are easy to do while you are stationary for any length of time and are great for easing the stress too," said Sian Lewis from Diamond.
