It was sensational once the racing was allowed to happen!

I dying to ask the safety car driver, "How was the race?"

I am sure he has a different say about it....

A fabulous race once it got going.
Once again the DRS proved to add more to the race then just trying to pass in the braking zone.

Sensational race! The best for me since Japan 2005.

They timed the stoppage perfectly for me :D
I read Rebecca's books, got her to sleep,  had a shower had a cup of tea...but then I fell asleep on the sofa waiting so long :( I woke up at five past nine to a man with his top off on BBC1  :o
I was just getting into it when i realised the F1 had gone to BBC2  :tease:

Rebecca made a fuss when she went to bed saying she wanted to watch "Onso"

It was kind of cute though this morning because she asked if he won :(
It broke my heart to tell her he crashed , her little face  :'(

4 1/2 hours isn't all that bad. I'd just been up all night watching Le Mans. Both races were outstanding. I just had time to run to the grocery and re-stock on munchies between the two races.

We were joking in the Chat Room that the Canadian race was becoming The 24 Heures du Montreal.

I didn't get to see it.  :(

Haven't missed a race for many years, but I missed this one. Then lost my internet connection for most of Monday evening and couldn't watch it on iplayer. Maybe tomorrow.

Me too :D

For me, the Canadian Grand Prix was good but too obviously flawed to better Spain or Monaco. The things that made it work were the rain and constant Safety Cars, without which I think Button would have lapped most of the field and everyone else would have spent the race swapping places with either the person who qualified behind or ahead of them.
