Anyone else having trouble with Quote & Modify buttons?

When I click buttons to change or edit a post I get this message:-

            An Error has occurred

   Session verification failed. Please try logging out and
            back in again, and then try again.

 I've logged in and out, I've restarted my computer, I've refreshed and even gone back several pages and refreshed .......

Oh and every time I try to post I get the timed out message, but it seems to post when I hit the post button a second time.

I used the quote just to try it out.  Must be your browser...try a different one.

Mozilla Firefox is working absolutely fine. Ali was having a similar kind of trouble using Opera 12, but somehow it sorted out itself..
