Minor glitches for Robert Kubica
« on: February 13, 2007, 05:13:00 PM »
While the BMW Sauber team did not have a problem free day, the results of the test were positive.

Robert Kubica worked on dampers while Nick Heidfeld on set-up in the morning and then aero during the rest of the day.

Kubica and Heidfeld completed 56 and 92 laps respectively recording the seventh and 12th fastest times of the day.

The air and track temperatures above were for when the team were on the track, but there was a point when neither car was running when the temperatures went up several degrees.

Heidfeld stays for his second day, while Kubica leaves and Sebastian Vettel will take over for the final day.

The exact programme for each car will not be decided until the team starts running, as there is a planned engine change on Vettel's car during the lunch break. However, the team will work on aero, cooling, systems checks and also aim to do longer runs.

The Stig
