C7 Corvette Unveiled
« on: January 14, 2013, 12:49:50 PM »
Chevy has brought back the Stingray name for the new Corvette.

It looks like a fine car, a major improvement over the C6. It certainly is proof of the value of racing to road car design. This is the first complete redesign since the C5 of 1997.

The wheelbase is an inch longer and the overall length is just 0.2-inch longer than a Porsche 911. The front and rear tracks are nearly 1 inch wider. Weight distribution is an ideal 50/50.
