It's looking like we're in for a great season. Rossi is back on a Yamaha and yes, he's still got it. Third on final day's testing at Sepang behind teammate Lorenzo and Pedrosa, who lead the times on the Repsol Honda. Almost more exciting is that Pedrosa's rookie teammate Marquez is instantly quick too!

There's a few 'aliens' on the grid this year.  :good: :good: :good: :good: :good:

Judging from the number of replies to my last post (0), I assume no one else cares about MotoGP. Surely not, say it ain't so!!!  :( Fortunately I'm quite happy with just my own company, sad but true.   :D

One hour to go...... Rossi for podium? Crutchlow for podium??? Marquez for a win??? Or will Lorenzo just walk to gold... Can't wait.

Sorry, Vintly. I must have missed the previous post. As a Ducati fan, I'm hoping for Dovizioso. That said, the Yamahas look like they might be the pick of the field.

I have set the PVR to record the entire season starting tonight.  :D

I will be going to one of the races this year with my son, I'm just not sure which one.  :yahoo:

Sort of lost interest when the 2 strokes went away. Now they change the rules every couple of years with a general trend toward SBK. So I usually just watch SBK.  :DntKnw:

I didn't dare say anything in case I missed it like I accidentally did Doctor Who yesterday  :-[

Fortunately I remembered in time and the MotoGP was quite a treat. At least, when the camera direction wasn't switching to pit garages in the middle of overtakes (and for those wondering, Nicole Scherzinger was absent, so that wasn't the reason).

As a Rossi fan, I was delighted to see the Doctor was back in the house, overtaking people with verve and putting absolutely everything into getting the best position possible. My Pedrosa-supporting friend's going to be miserable though :(

Great recovery from Rossi and an ominous start from Lorenzo, should be interesting to see how they battle through the season. F1 and MotoGP are back, the year has finally begun.

It doesn't look good for Nicky & Ducati.  :'(
