I'm not sure what's worse, being a bad starter or having people feel sorry for you:

Odd! I just read an article somewhere that said McLaren denied anything could be wrong with their unit, blaming instead, R/B's software.

The apology appears to have come a day after the denial.  Hope more comes out about this.  Last thing Mclaren needs is to be bogged down by this.  They need to work on their CAR

Differrent division of McLaren, it's as separate from the race team as road car operations are from the various race teams.

Still think it's more a Red Bull problem as the actual ECU appears fine, I think it was a software glitch between the ECU and the Red Bull computer system.

No other teams seem to have reported a problem so it looks like an isolated problem, unless other teams had issues that were solved in the build up to the race?  :DntKnw:

McLaren has apologized for Webber's launch problems.  He was also without KERS for the first 20 laps of the race.

Based off of last year I think the driver is the problem..

Also doesn't it seem that Webber is always having KERS problems? Vettel seems rarely affected, but Webber seems to be hit by it every other race.

As it seems to happen a lot when Mark appears to have the faster car could it be a sticky fingered young German kid trying to hotwire it, between sessions, to see if it's better?  :DntKnw:  :D

Herr Marko is neither young nor German.  ;)
