It was pretty wet at Le Mans today Dare, Rossi's front wheel just let go.

I think after quali Yamaha admitted that they were having trouble setting up Rossi's bike, some issues with the back end grip.

Cal Crutchlow killed me today, he had a heavy fall yesterday and when he was interviewed before the GP today he said, "I've got a small fracture in my tibia and a bit of internal bleeding but I'm ok."

You missed out the best bit Ian, he also said "I'm spitting up some blood and had a bleeding nose after the crash and later".  :swoon:

Nice to see Cal on the podium again, courtesy of young Marquez's off with a few laps to go, but a real shame that Rossi and Bautista collided on lap 1.

Marquez had a brutal weekend, lots of crashes including a potential horror crash that he walked away from. On Friday he touched the wet grass doing around 210 mph and came off. There's a great report showing the telemetry from his race-suit, including how the airbag inflates before he hits the ground. Fascinating stuff: http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2013/marquez+crash+telemetry

The BBC report also shows the Marquez crash, plus has an interview with Bradley Smith after his nasty high-side off during practice, eek! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/motogp/22733560

I was amazed to hear during the race that the bikes reach speeds of 225 mph. This is faster that F1! Love it.

I see the BBC has shafted MotoGP fans again this weekend, if you ain't got a red button facility on your tv and you ain't online you can't watch the San Marino GP tpday.  >:D

Ian it's about time you pensioned off that old DER ex-rental TV of yours, there's a whole world of Freeview TV waiting for you.  :tease:

Seriously though since the whole country now has digital broadcast everyone should be able to use the red button service.
If you are having trouble accessing the red button most TV's have the red button channel on 301, have you tried putting that in the channel select?
