Wow, Mark Marquez qualifies pole 9/10's of a second quicker than Pedrosa in the US GP.

Oh thanks for spoiling that for me Ian. :'(
I couldn't watch MotoGP quali due to work getting in the way of F1 and had to spend most of the day avoiding newscasts. Then last night I was catching up on F1 Quali, on SkyF1  :P, and so was going to catch up with MotoGP quali on Eurosport before watching the time delayed race tonight.
I also can't forgive BTCC for putting the Donnington round on the same day as Bahrain GP either.  :(

So much to watch and so little time.

That's ok fella, I was probably asking for trouble trying to hold off viewing it for so long.

Fantastic performance by Marquez though,  :yahoo: I guess the field is more level for the rookie as the track is new to everyone. That being the case, have Honda found the next Valentino?  ;)

Trouble is I find Marquez a bit like Vettel, the win at any cost mentality, so I can't see him getting a kindly nickname like 'The Doctor', may be we should start one- how about the 'The Hog'  :D

Here we go! Come on Marquez, and Rossi. Live-wires, lunatics and luminaries of the noble sport. Should be a cracker.

Promise I won't say anything John until I know whether you've seen the race. But I will say, what a slo-mo shot of the rear tyres on the 2 Repsol Honda's powering out of a corner.

You're quite safe Ian I changed plans and watched live on Beeb 3 as I knew the quali result.  ;)

Wow what a result!  :swoon: They have found the new Casey, mind you Jorge finished a lot closer to the Hondas than I expected, and what a great race from Cal.  :good:

Hehe, don't think Lorenzo and Marquez will be exchanging Christmas Cards this year.

Anymore than Rossi and Gibernua after Jerez 07.  :D

Mind you when I viewed it again maybe Rossi's move is not as bad as Marquez' missile launch.  :DntKnw:

Cal Crutchlow killed me today, he had a heavy fall yesterday and when he was interviewed before the GP today he said, "I've got a small fracture in my tibia and a bit of internal bleeding but I'm ok."

What's going on with Rossi? Is it the bike or
rider?
