Plenty of controversy at the U of A. A lot of people think the TPD overreacted. All the video coverage of them practicing riot control measures leading up to the playoffs didn't help. Several students were injured and only a few misdemeanor arrests were made for "Unlawful Assembly" and "Resisting Arrest". How does a drunk student in shorts and a T resist a sober cop in full riot gear?
