Tesco Increase Stock with New Floor
« on: April 01, 2015, 11:02:02 AM »
Tesco's are always keen to increase the amount of stock they have on the shelves which of course encourages us all to spend more. They have recently been testing and ingenious way to increase the number of shelves available to customers with the introduction of the Tesco Bouncy Floor.

This floor is currently undergoing trials and so far is reported as having a 100% safety record. A Tesco's spokes person said 'all in all the trials have been a complete success and if rolled out across all stores then it would mean a 28% increase in how much stock would be available to customers.'...'Some elderly customers have had concerns but we have ensured a member of the St Johns ambulance team is always to hand in case of any mishaps.'

Why not? Checks have bounced there for years.

Clearly they didn't include me in their testing regime. The bouncy floor may be foolproof but never in a million years would it be Alia-proof. The only question is whether I'd take down the entire aisle while accidentally landing in the next one...

Nice try, Tesco.
