Well, he says it is 99.6% done or something like that, but basically just paperwork if he is to be believed. 

A little surprised he is leaking the story when the ink isn't dry, but that's life with big money contracts I guess.  Good for him.  More money than I'll probably make in my lifetime I suppose.
