Mclaren dispute tabloid claims

That Button stormed out of the paddock in Bahrain and left the circuit.

It didn't sit right with me when I read that either.  Though Button had every reason to be angry, he has not shown that he is a hot head, and it doesn't seem to be his character to behave like that.

That sounds more like an Alonso thing to do than a Button thing to do - but Fernando's being remarkably mellow.

Maybe a McLaren fan who looked a bit like Jenson was seen storming out of the paddock... ..that would be plausible.

They assert that he 'didn't fulfil his media obligations', so that should be an easily verifiable fact.

As for him 'storming out', considering he spent the race with the team and online (which seems verifiable), it would be odd to be angry about something that happened two hours ago and THEN storm out.

If he did 'storm out' it would have been about something else unrelated to McLaren's efforts to provide him a race car.  I would presume answering 'are you disappointed' 5000 times might be enough to 'storm out' on the people planning to ask it the 5001st time.

I seem to remember JB being interviewed about the situation on Sunday.

And I seem to remember that one of the Sky TV commentators or presenters also said on air that Jenson had  hurriedly left the track during the race.

Nobody knows what went on but Jens and the team. If they're content with his behavior then it's nobody else's business. If I was facing a grilling about tech issues and how I felt about them for the 4th time this season, I might ask to be excused.
