Then why not come by the forum more often?  The GG is barely discussed beyond a Monday after.  Far more interesting things otherwise.

if you saw my 'schedule' of things i do, you'd know a chat room has low priority. no doubt had i the time, i would have enjoyed GridGame more
between my racing (sim online) or practicing, a computer baseball league, of which i am commish/admin of both - admin a golf web site - playing WW2 combat sim with 4 opponents (4 battles ongoing) .. not to mention the household 'chores' i do, while my wife is working (rising at 5am!) there just isn't time for all of it ~ EVEN being retired        i would have loved the bickering we would share about the qual format they dreamed up    and now reversed the decision    but even so... what does our opinion matter?  that becomes frustrating.   

so thanks for suggesting - but i'll have to stay 'on the sidelines'
