Promoter of Singapore F1 GP arrested by CPIB in corruption probe.

Billionaire hotel tycoon Ong Beng Seng promoter of the Singapore GP night race has been arrested by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) and is cooperating with the anti-graft body to provide information in relation to his interactions with Transport Minister S. Iswaran.

What this scandal may mean for Singapore GP is unkown.
Singapore has a contract with F1 until 2029 so any effects may be limited.
