What's allowed & not allowed in F1 summer break.

Seems it's really only a 14 day break and not a full month shutdown as we might imagine.

Some wind tunnel testing is still allowed in full shutdown period,

but quite what is allowed is not explained in this GPBlog.com article, wonder what they can be up to that is exempt?
