Believe it or not, women actually think men have annoying habits when behind the wheel.
In fact, 90 per cent of female motorists say that men are irritating while driving but, unsurprisingly, half of them think that they have no annoying habits at all.
Car insurance specialist Diamond asked men and women what irritates them most about the opposite sex's driving and the results are quite revealing.
A total of 31 per cent of the women asked said that the most irritating habit a man has when driving is speeding, while a close second (30 per cent) is losing his temper.
However, men also find female drivers annoying, with 29 per cent saying that they get irritated when a women shows a lack of courtesy to other road users.
"The old stereotype that men are always criticising women's driving has been turned on its head by these results, as it's definitely women who get the most irritated," said Sian Lewis, managing director of Diamond.
"However, the results do show something that isn't a surprise; men think they have less irritating driving habits than women."
When it comes to passengers, women are more likely to be irritated by men than vice versa, with 35 per cent female drivers becoming enraged by men who criticise their driving.
