Nice one Stig, lets get ready for next year and get my Sundays booked off  :good:

Good job, Stig. I see that Canada has an * Provisional by it. The Canadian GP website isn't listing any ticket sales for next year. Usually they go up right after the previous race. Silverstone, for example, lists 2008 ticket packages on their web site. Wonder if something is afoot?

The problem seems to be the freight charges normally paid for by the organisers.  In previous years, Montreal and Indy have eased that burden by splitting the costs between them.  Now Canada will have to bear the full amount and doesn't like the idea.

See how the cancellation of the USGP has ramifications beyond just the race...?  ;)

Bernie doesn't really care. He'll simply slot in some wierd 3rd world country - bugger us enthusiasts.

When are the manufacturers going to get together and stand up and be counted? When it's too late ?

It's happening already, John.  There are rumblings going on that we hear only as distant thunder as yet.  The manufacturers will twist Bernie's arm, don't you worry.

Maybe give him a black eye or two, as well...

I agree,With customer cars coming in next year,It will be a very messy F1......Not as we Know it now.
Unless Bernie and his pals make the rules Black and White,I can see all sorts of problems for the sport
