Women all over the world are being taught how to bag themselves a racing driver with the help of a series of books.
Broadcaster and author Liz Allison has produced the second book in her series entitled The Girl's Guide to Winning a NASCAR Driver, equipping women with tips on etiquette and clothing which should help them ensnare a racer.
"It's a relationship book with a left-hand turn," said the author, who met her late husband at a racetrack.
Tips in the book include letting the driver lead when giving a goodnight kiss and using connections to obtain pit passes.
However, the writer advises against wearing big jewellery and high heels to the track, based on her own experiences.
She is also planning to release a romantic novel centring around NASCAR which she co-wrote with another female author.
