Villeneuve Crashes at Daytona

Jacques Villeneuve lost the car and crashed on the 14th lap of the second of the Gatorade Dual 125 quali races at Daytona. He took three other cars with him.

JV didn't make the Daytona 500. Juan Pablo Montoya started the first race in 19th and finished 7th. His Texaco/Havoline Dodge will start the 500 in 15th position.

Can you imagine Bernie putting free videos like this up on the F1 website?

And Jacqes badly needed a good showing in
order to line up sponsors for the rest of the season
