Ron Dennis - ready to wright another cheque
« on: February 16, 2008, 09:31:38 AM »
McLaren team boss Ron Dennis, 60, the man who discovered Lewis Hamilton, has split from his American-born wife Lisa.

Now she could be awarded half of his £150million fortune – making it Britain’s biggest divorce payout.

Family law expert Sandra Sinclair said last night that the settlement would probably be more than Heather Mills can expect in her High Court battle with Sir Paul.

Some experts speculate that Ms Mills could win £60million of Sir Paul’s £825million fortune following the break up of their five-year marriage.

The Dennises have been married for 22 years and have three children.

I was surprised to hear it, and the timing of it is also not ideal - just as he is planning on retiring.

Perhaps that is the problem.  She has had such a swell time for 22 years while he is away from the house 90% of the time that the thought of him being around full-time, scares the daylights out of her.
The Honey Badger doesn't give a...
