Interview with Gilles Villeneuve after Imola 1982
« on: February 17, 2008, 05:30:50 PM »

This is an interview Gilles gave in the days after Imola 1982.  I think the whole thing is in Italian but someone speaks over it in English.  Gilles clearly decided to get his point across and the lap time info is exactly the same as he gave Nigel Roebuck.  I still think the article Roebuck wrote about his telephone conversation with Gilles is the best piece of writing in the history of motor racing.

I'd nebver seen that vid or any with Gilles
speaking as a matter of fact. They never spoke
after that incident
Mark Twain once opined, "it's easier to con someone than to convince them they've been conned."
