The Model T. the VW Beetle and the Sprite were way too low. the Toyota Crapolla shouldn't be there at all.

I am amazed how good their choices are.  I had visions of the Honda Civic or the Ford Focus winning.  Of course Ferrari are not going to be happy.  I am sure they are on the phone to Max as we speak.

As you suggest dare some suprises, the AlfaSud may seem a fine choice unless you owned one with all the associated electrical and rust problems. there is no way the AlfaSud can be likened to the Focus, again I have driven 2 of the early shape models and never did they miss a beat or misbehave.

For a list compiled by the British public I would have expected a Triumph from the 50s to 70s era, possibly the Stag as that was groundbreaking or the Vitesse.

I am also wonder where the Lotus/Caterham 7 is, or have I missed it?  Sorry I missed it its in at 25 or so :fool:
