I wonder if the two poison dwarves congratulated Ron, I would love to have seen their grimaces if they did.  :DD

Just so pleased that the best thing I've seen in 40 years following F1 has realised his potential so soon. My prediction -7 out of the next 14 championships to be the best ever.
So great to have a British World Champ who isn't at the end of his career when he finally makes it. :yahoo:

Let's not forget, this should have been Hamilton's second world championship. In the eyes of all true enthusiasts he won the 2007 title. Only the actions of the FIA stopped him actually being crowned Champion. They had a good attempt at stopping him again this year. Can we now look forward to an unbiased Championship in 2009 or will McLaren be battling the Ferrari International Assistance mafia again?

Right you are, Monty. It's Tuesday, and I'm still holding my breath that the FIA doesn't suddenly find an illeagal lock washer on the drinking water bottle mount of Hamilton's car and dock him two points.

We still haven't heard anything from Max.

Has he had the decency to congratulate Lewis at least.

He really should be apologising to both him and Ron but I don't expect I'll ever see that.
