This years championship looks as thought it will go right down to the wire. So, who's going to win? Can Alonso stop Schumacher's charge?

I wanna vote wizard but I'll probably put the mockers on Schumey, but I still think he's gonna do it

Very one-sided at the moment.

Schumacher, I think Alonso will throw all his toys out of the cot over monza qualifying relegation and Schumacher will just get on with the job.

Yup, I think your right kimi, I hope so anyway, hopefully it'll be a battle right up to the Interlagos finish line, a good hard but sporty battle  :good:

Unless it is dry tomorrow I cannot see Schumie taking on Alonso.
The B'stones are absolutely rubbish in the wet. I would certainly like to Schumie see go out as champ, but he has to be on  the Spaniards gearbox
I have a feeling if he was anywhere near him his team mate will be riding shotgun.  >:(

Michael could be celebrating his eighth F1 title in Japan this weekend.

Schumacher 7-6 ahead on race wins (see SuperStats) – and he is convinced their duel would continue all the way to the final chequered flag in Brazil.  :good:

Renault is back in front by one point in the Constructors' championship and Alonso is confident that level of misfortune will not happen again. They simply got it wrong in China. Lets hope they don't fumble the ball in Japan and the title race is decided on the last race of the season.  :D

I thought this championship was going to slip through Alonso's fingers but after Japan you can see he still has the speed and more importantly, still wants it!

So it goes down to the wire at Brazil, anything could happen and as we all know....Its all Ian's fault...er..I mean...It's not over til the fat lady sings.  ::)

It's funny, during the classic Mansell vs Senna days I was always routing for Mansell and had a grudge against Senna, (being British it was my duty!). It wasn't until those days ended with Mansell retiring and the tragic death of Senna that I realised how much I would miss them. Schumacher has himself induced a love/hate relationship from F1 Fans.

I don't agree with Damon Hill, Schumacher will be a loss to F1, (he is still sour over the Hill vs Schumacher days), if anything MS has been a victim of his own success. People who don't even know any other F1 drivers had a good chance of naming the winner, thus giving the sport a reputation of boredom and predictability. A bit like Manchester United winning everything - I don't hear any complaints there.  ::)

Anyway, to this day I appreciate all F1 drivers equally. Love em or hate em, they all have a role to play. With so many new and young drivers appearing I am looking forward to a new era in F1.  :good:

Damon was a plonker for saying that, Michael Schumacher IS the benchmark to follow but I don't see anyone joining him on that bench
