With his age Mark is unlikely to be head hunted by other teams so I guess cashing in his loyalty card, if he can, is a good move. But you are right Dare it all depends on how he stacks up against the young pretender, I think he may be safe if he stays in touch with Vettel's pace as the team may like a good mature teamate to help Seb develop.

 Everyone has Seb down as the real deal so if Mark can stay close and occasionally eclipse him it will still be seen as a good result. However if Webber really can best Vettel then the whole picture changes, but somehow I doubt it will happen.
