American technology....big laugh, they are dinosaurs compared to us

Who invented the Internet that you're reading this on? Are you reading it on a computer running on Windows? Does it have an Intel or AMD processor?

Easy Leather...as someone who has spent a lot of years on both sides of the pond, I'd say there is plenty of good and bad on both, but I'd never rate one over the other.  Whichever side I'm on, I miss the other.  Same is true for technology.

I'm easy, but cos didn't understand what I was explaining...
look at their races, it's always lower technology, of old european recipies
I understand your way of seeing the us...but we continental european don't like the huge bond there is between great britain and the us...and mainly technology in the us is based on military funds ....for war
After my post, I've been a bit on the jpl site and found another raft of pure nasa research with the sole aim of bettering the war planes and associates parafernalia...it's easy to paint a F15a into nasa colors and then comment naively it's for science...
When will britain rejoin europe , a lot on this side tend to prefer seeing you beeing tugged in new york heaven...

leather12, I am one Englishman that will never be European and I hope that we side more with the USA in the future and kick the EC out of touch. God Save the Queen.

Easy boys, lets not get into a them and us debate. Any person from any country is more than welcome on GPWizard but, when we are here, we (and our respective countries) are all equal.

Everyone should be proud of their country and it's achievements, I think we can all agree that we all have too many over paid Politicians - lets not do their job for them on here.

Only having a laugh Wiz, I have no pent up aggression to vent on here, as you say, on here all are equal.  :-*

Glad to hear it Ian - anyway, everyone knows that Essex is the best place to live in the entire world.  With Writtle Agricultural College and Colchester Garrison, not only do we have some of the top minds in the world,  we also have the biggest army too!  :DD

Where do you live Leather?  I'm in Switzerland.  From what I gather, England is a bit like Switzerland in that they have so many little counties, regions, groups and cliques that they are too busy fighting amongst themselves for superiority that they don't really have time to bother with the rest of the world.

Plus they like their own money.

Leather12 would you be so kind as to offer some explanation to this remark as one could easily be offended by it.

leather12, it is a cool group, we all take the rise out of each other without getting upset, wherever we live, there is nothing personal ever intended on here, unless you happen to live in Essex, hehe.

I wonder why Steve Nichols left McLaren to go to NASCAR maybe he is going to design a USF1 car.

I wonder why it has been announced that Ralf Schumacher has been announced in the Mercedes DTM team at the expense of Paul di Resta who was guaranteed a seat unless he had a single seater program.  Maybe USF1 are planning on using Merc engines and could acquire an old McLaren chassis as a test car.  As the team has not entered the championship there is no testing limit on them so McLaren get a lot of free testing, di Resta gets a stack of F1 experience and USF1 get customer McLarens and Steve Nichols.

Of course this could just be a conspiracy theory.
