A Good, Healthy Snack
« on: October 13, 2009, 02:41:55 PM »
Here's a healthy little snack for the next race, from Paula Deen of Food Network.

The Lady's Brunch Burger!

A cheeseburger topped with bacon and a fried egg, using a Krispy Kreem doughnuts in place of the bun. Yummy! :yahoo:

This may also be why our health care costs are so high.

47 - a year older than me...not bad I guess.  Considering my heart started beating months before I was born, I'd say we're the same age   :D

46 - 9 years younger.

It said because I've got low blood pressure & low weight.

Silly really, it does'nt mention....diet, exercise, job or alcohol, and the diabetic question does'nt distinguish between type 1 or 2 or whether on medication or not.

....and it's quite extraordinary that there is no where to explain that your parent's heart attacks were caused by the shock of learning they only had months left on their heart age clocks.

I took one of those age tests awhile back John and
now being a non-smoker for 10 years and a non-
drinker I figured I'd be years younger than my real age!
I was 15 years older so I don't put much  stock in the
tests[I hope]

I had to convert my weight to kilos to put it in.
