Ferrari has a few problems
« on: December 16, 2006, 09:34:48 PM »
Ferrari completed their testing program today at the Jerez circuit although the team suffered a few technical set backs. Luca Badoer in fact was forced to stop all together after his engine let go, less than half way through his day.

Gene ran a total of 98 laps, with a fastest time of 1'21.015. Unlike Ferrari's first week of winter testing, the team ended this week a bit slow, with Gene setting only the 11th fastest time of the day.

Badoer's day ended after only 38 laps, when which his engine let go. Luca did however set the 6th fastest time of the day, with a 1'19.889.

Both drivers set to work on a component development program as well as testing the new specification of Bridgestone tyres
