I'm curious and would like to know, previously it was Perry McCarthy but who is it now?

It is still Perry McCarthy.  They changed from the black Stig to the white Stig(overalls, helmet and boot colours not skin) just after Perry published his autobiography which had his name on the front cover as Perry McCarthy "The Stig".  I think they did it to make it seem that they had changed drivers and maintan the mystery of his identity.
