Due to a computer crash, my carreer on this forum ended as fast as an F1 hitting a wall frontaly, I lost all my links, contacts and couldn't relocate the forum..
By luck a mail has been sent to me this morning and I'm happy to come back to this very nice forum... F1 is the blood of my life as I'm a hard petrolhead..
I've done rally between 1973 and 1984, since then I have been lucky to test unthinkable cars..;like the Porsche 917...I have also ran on circuits occasionly, between them Francorchamps and the old Nürburgring..I've watched my first GP in 1960 and have since then always followed the inovative way of all engineers involved.
I face huge reading for such a long abscence, but can tell you I signed the petition for Lewis Hamilton. It's a shame for my country to have made formula 1 look like a travestite.
Francorchamps is very treacherous at this place when the first dropplets of water come down, and nobody but the drivers know how slippery it is... It has been the most spectacular try of the year....I understand Kimi Raikkonen not wanting to give an inch of space, but for me he commited a professional foul by pushing his collegue there...remember Riccardo Patrese, just the same...ok It's my personal view, but my knowledge of the place is quite good and the gesticulation done after the evenements were not justified...The FIA has now ruled that you had to let the driver who hadn't gained an advantage one corner free.....Take a look at spa, the eau rouge is not a bend, so should it happen again beware you will have to leave your opponent free advantage until past les combes........thanks a lot federation
